1)  2 months from placing order to final delivery

2)  ebike delivered in 1 box, well packed in foam

3)  Assemble front wheels and handlebar and handle accessories.  60 minute job 1 person

4)  Important ======>  Must plug power and battery charger wire inside battery/controller case.  Otherwise, it won't turn on

5)  Press power button 3 seconds to power up

6)  Double tap menu button to adjust system settings (UKC-1)

7)  Clock becomes inaccurate when turned off

8)  Max 60 mph with passenger, 12000W peak speed, 0-30 times about 3 seconds, slower acceleration from 51 mph to 57 mph

9)  Full Charge 4-6 hours
