The whole process went smooth, Andy who was my contact always responded almost on demand to every question or concern I had, the delivery took time though this was expected and even when I was concerned Andy was quick to follow up and provide assurance all was progressing as required. There was a slight issue as the wrong charger was sent with the bike, though once again Andy was extremely helpful and sent the correct charge direct via airmail, I have managed to test the bike and it performed better than expected, it was well balanced, powerful, the suspension good and a good ride overall, I have found the customer experience and product beyond my expectations and will not hesitate and order from them again.
